Program Description
It is time to improve your old and train new stress prevention and stress relief skills if you constantly feel overstressed. In this program, you discover what you need to learn, change, and let go to reduce stress and free up energy to have the life you like to live. ​The ultimate goal is to make these skills as strong as the habits. ​

The program aims to create a personalized approach to dealing with stress. With this approach, your stress resilience will be higher, the recovery time will be shorter, the period without stress will be longer. There will be more energy for everything significant in your life. ​

The program combines coaching and training. Coaching helps to find your specific way to reach stress-reduction goals. You will learn and practice techniques stress management techniques. You discover what works best for achieving your life goals with less stress.

​Before starting the program, you and a coach will have a discovery meeting.
Discovery Meeting
During this conversation, you will look at your current situation in a fresh and structured way. You will get clarity about your stressors and discuss the possible ways to reduce stress and increase resilience. Together with a coach, you will uncover hidden challenges that may be sabotaging your effort to be in control of your life. The discovery session will create an inner space for growth and self-development.
After the session, you will have time to reflect on your discoveries, the coaching method, and the coach's personality. You may decide to implement the new understanding yourself, work with the coach on specific stress-related issues, or participate in the De-stress program.
The duration of the discovery session is between 30 and 60 min.
Coaching Program Flow
We will map your stress and stressors during the first session and do some relaxation exercises. We will discuss using the mini-habit approach to integrate your learning into life and set up the accountability system.

We will continue to learn relaxation and stress reduction techniques during the following sessions, improve your well-being, and increase your life-energy level.
​
During the last session, we summarize the leaching, check the progress, and create a plan to keep your stress in check.
