Still, for its implementation, any business needs trainers and coaches—someone who knows how to translate high-level concepts into everyday actions. Companies hire coaches to find ways to integrate sustainability into company culture and day-to-day operations. Coaches help a company or a team to find consensus and choose a course of action on the strategy implementation. The coach can also support the executive in dealing with specific sustainability issues (e.g., recycling, waste reduction, etc.) or help obtain recognition for achievements and demonstrate value to the company.
